  • Confirmation of Cancellation: You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us to ensure your request has been processed.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with any remaining balance refunded.
  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service or failure to attend (no-shows) will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Special Circumstances

  • Force Majeure: If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics) affect service delivery, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services without liability. In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or a full refund.
  • Medical Emergencies: Cancellations due to medical emergencies may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, provided appropriate documentation is submitted.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • Advance Notice: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days in advance.
  • Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling within 7 days of the service may incur a fee.
  • Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.

6. Group Bookings and Events

  • Large Groups: For group bookings of 7 or more people, a 7-day notice period is required for cancellations or changes.
  • Event Deposits: Deposits for events are non-refundable, unless Conia Edge Homes Limited cancels the event.

7. Subscription and Recurring Services

  • Ongoing Services: To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing date.
  • Early Termination: If you cancel before completing the minimum contract period, an early termination fee may apply, as outlined in your service agreement.
